Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- 4 slices peach
- 1 slice orange
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- 2½ ounces Oloroso sherry
- ½ ounce VSOP cognac
- Cubed ice for shaker
- Crushed ice to finish
- Garnish: Peach slice and mint sprigs
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the peach and orange slices with the simple syrup. Add the sherry and cognac. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into stemmed cocktail glass (or a snifter works great as well). Top with mounds of crushed ice. Garnish with a peach slice and mint sprigs.
