This big tent in a parking lot is known for its classic Sonoran, which is a bacon-wrapped dog stuffed in a Mexican roll called a bolillo, with beans, onions tomatoes, guacamole and cheese spilling out of it. There are two locations (owned by the same family) so it shouldn’t be hard to find one of these local favorites. The Indian School location opens in the evenings, while the McDowell location is open all day.
