Why We Love It: Locals supporting locals - almost all of the ingredients are made right here in the Valley. The sausage combinations are inventive and the bread wrap is perfect - nice and soft but sturdy enough to stand up to the fillings. Visit the restaurant or check out the food truck schedule. Oh, and did we mention the owners Kit and Brad? Some of the nicest, hardest working people we know.
