It is her respect for, and relationship with, the earth that keeps her in the business and it shines through in her diverse seasonal produce—beets, carrots, Tuscano kale, baby collards, spigarella, mint, sorrel, purslane. Maya’s farm is certified organic.
Flowers are also available, in season from February to October. They can be purchased at the Farm Stand, through the CSA Program, and at Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market on Saturdays.
