  • 3 ounces sumac juice (desert sumac lemonade, link below)
  • 6 ounces bubbly water
  • 1 ounce prickly pear syrup (or other sweetener)
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint leaves, lightly crushed

Preparation

Add ice cubes and honey, agave syrup, prickly pear syrup or sugar as desired. Add mint. Stir.
