Queen Bee

This is a house favorite at Garden Bar PHX.

Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces American dry gin
  • ½ ounce Heirloom Genepy (or Yellow Chartreuse)
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ½ ounce local orange blossom honey syrup (see recipe)
  • ¾ ounce egg white
  • Garnish: Sprinkle of bee pollen, small cube of honeycomb, butterfly (made from rice paper)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with bee pollen, skewered honeycomb and a rice paper butterfly.
