Ingredients

- 2 generous handfuls of pea shoots or sunflower microgreens
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup milk of any kind
- 1 banana
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon flax or chia seeds
- 1–2 tablespoons honey, to taste
- Mint sprigs for garnish and/or to add to the mix (optional)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Garnish with a mint sprig.
