Matzah "Croutons"

Turn plain matzah into tasty "croutons" to garnish salads and soups.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Granulated garlic, to taste
  • 4 slices matzah

Preparation

Heat the oven to 350°F.

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, granulated garlic; brush over the matzah, lay on a cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden and crispy. Break into chunky "croutons." Set aside to cool.
