Grapefruit Rosemary Spritzer

The Aperol Spritz is the classic that put spritzers on the map. It’s made with Aperol (an Italian bitters aperitif and cousin to Campari), prosecco and club soda. But to spruce up this classic, we’ve substituted Ketel One low-ABV vodka that’s perfect for these kinds of light and fizzy refreshers and ditched the prosecco.
