Cucumber Lime Spritzer

This one is a little tangy, making it great for poolside.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 1½ ounces Ketel One cucumber mint vodka
  • 1 ounce dry vermouth
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce honey water*
  • 3 ounces club soda (or tonic water)
  • 2 cucumber slices
  • 1 mint sprig

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a wine glass with ice and stir well. Garnish with the cucumber slices and mint sprig. 

*Honey Water: In a pot, combine 1 pound honey with ¾ cup water. Simmer over medium heat until dissolved. Bottle and keep refrigerated.
