Sisters on the fly is an all-women's adventure group founded in 1999 by Maurrie Sussman of Phoenix and her sister Becky of Idaho, otherwise known as Sisters #1 and #2. The roster is approaching 1,000 women who hail from all across the nation and have a penchant for vintage travel trailers, outdoor living and the fine aesthetics unique to the cowgirl genre. In addition to fly fishing, the activity that sparked the concept, the Sisters can be found in a cowgirl caravan, at Cowgirl College, kayaking beneath the Hoover Dam or at a beachside rodeo.
