Shannan Perciballi

Shannan grew up in Tempe, is an ASU graduate and started working in the local restaurant industry in 1984. She has been rooted in the food industry here for a very long time and done everything from dishwashing to corporate management, knife sharpening to fermentations. She has a curious spirit, a need for exploration and is a forever student of the food and beverage industry. She is currently in the Diploma program with the Wine & Spirits Education Trust.

When she’s not learning something new, she fussing over others; cooking and baking are her love language. She maintains homes in Phoenix and New Hampshire with her husband, Bill, and their two Wirehaired Pointing Griffons, Charli and Dutch.
