Why We Love It: Vincent Guerithault is a French-trained chef who prepares his Southwestern menu with the refined flare of haute cuisine. He opened his first restaurant, Vincent on Camelback, in 1986. Then his empire expanded with Saturday Market in the parking lot, Vincent Market Bistro (a more casual version of the restaurant...right next to the restaurant), Vincent Van Go (a corporate catering company) and most recently, Bleu (a lounge/bar inside Vincent’s).
