Sweet Republic Ice Cream

Local, all-natural ingredients with no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives or hydrogenated oils make the ice cream and sorbet truly delicious. Sundaes, milkshakes and floats are alo availble. In addition to the artisan ice cream that we love, we've recently become fans of Sweet Republic's confectionary as well.  From hand-made marshmallows to bacon and nut brittles to salted caramels, you're in for a sweet treat.  The rectangular marshmallows are the perfect size to float on a cup of hot chocolate and that wonderful sweet-salty thing is going on with the caramels and the brittles (cashew is our current favorite).
