Why We Love It: If you’re not up for loading and unloading lots of logs on your own, you can just call owner Gary Jordan. He also has chunks of aromatic hardwoods for smoking––including apple, oak, hickory, pecan, mesquite and even citrus––or a special mixture of pinyon, juniper, cedar, pecan and oak (in 6- to 12-inch lengths) for the chiminea.
