Why We Love It: Located inside Wild Horse Pass, this fine-dining establishment overlooks the fairways and a lot of desert. It’s quite romantic. Food-wise, the menu is five-star (as designated by almost everyone) Native American cuisine divided into: The Birth (light dishes like Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with Native Spices), The Beginning (heavier dishes like Fermin Iberico Pork Cheeks) and The Journey (main course dishes like Grilled Tenderloin of Tribal Buffalo).
