Why We Love It: Not every city has an elegant place for formal afternoon tea or a ladies’ lunch. The extensive list of black, fruit, green and herbal teas is quite impressive. As is the 3-tier tower of sandwiches and petit fours you can order for a proper tea. For the rest of us commoners, there are also regular sandwiches and salads. Manners classes are offered for young children.
