Lou Malnati’s Is Coming to Surprise, Arizona!
Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, a Chicago-based family-owned restaurant famous for its authentic Chicago-style deep dish, is coming to Surprise, AZ on Oct. 25.
The grand opening event will include opportunities to win free pizza, a 360 photo booth and paint-by-numbers. The first 100 tables will receive a special swag bag packed with Lou Malnati’s merchandise.
At 2 p.m. Mayor of Surprise, Skip Hall will join Lou Malnati’s and guests for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and special performance by students from Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers.
With more than 80 locations throughout the U.S. and 8 locations in Arizona, Lou Malnati's Pizzerias have stayed true to the original Chicago-style deep dish pizza recipe that Grandpa Malnati helped create in 1943 at Chicago's first deep dish pizzeria. The family's secret recipe has been passed down from generation to generation, making it one of the most legendary pizzas in the U.S. famous for its flaky, golden buttercrust.
