Lefse & Pastry Baking Day
Do you love to bake or have you always wanted to learn how to make lefse?
We are getting ready for our Traditional Norwegian Fenalår Dinner, and you are invited to help us bake homemade lefse, krumkake, and other goodies for the dessert. Join us for a fun day making some of Norway's iconic pastries and prepping for our next event. We'll provide all the ingredients, supplies, and lefse griddles (feel free to bring your own griddle!).
Everyone is welcome at this free event -- but RSVPs are required, so be sure to sign up on the website!
*PLEASE NOTE that everything we make at this baking day will be frozen and then served as dessert at the Fenalår Dinner event a couple weeks later, so you won't be able to to take any treats home. Thanks for helping us prep, and we hope you'll come enjoy the goodies with us at the Fenalår Dinner!*
