Culinary Rummage Sale to Benefit Blue Watermelon Project

Blue Watermelon Project is a group of chefs, restaurateurs, and community food advocates that works with students, parents, educators, and the community to assist schools in rethinking relationships with food. Funds raised will go towards the general fund but will help fund a culinary classroom and an equipment library for schools to access when teaching specific skills taught in Chef in the Garden lessons.
If you have any interesting kitchen gadgets that you're ready to part with, this is a great time to do it. We are accepting gently used utensils, kitchenwares, cookbooks, dishes, baking items- from vintage to modern. We just ask that they are clean and in good working condition.
Donated items may be dropped off at Tracy Dempsey Originals, 1325 W. University in Tempe during business hours, Thursdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., through Saturday, Feb. 24.
