Christopher Costantino is the founder, Executive Chef and Chief Executive Officer of Costantino’s Kitchen, a producer of gourmet, home-style pasta sauces and other Italian specialty foods from fifth generation Italian family recipes. Each small batch of delicious pasta sauce is artisanally crafted to bring the authentic Italian experience to American families. Chris still follows his grandmother’s tradition of using the freshest ingredients and slow cooking his sauces to deepen the flavor. Costantino’s Kitchen was founded in 2011 and has enjoyed double-digit growth each year. Our products can be found throughout Arizona in various retail establishments, including AJ’s Fine Foods, Sprouts, Whole Foods and Natural Grocers.
Chris graduated with high honors from the Culinary Arts school at Scottsdale Community College. He is very involved in the community, currently a board member of Sons of Italy, which promotes the Italian lifestyle, and Slow Food Phoenix, an organization dedicated to linking the pleasures of the table with a commitment to protect the community, culture, knowledge and environment. In prior years, he served as board member for Share Our Strength’s Taste of the Nation Phoenix, an annual food event raising money to end childhood hunger. He was also Executive Chef at Camp Rainbow, a one-week summer camp for current and former patients of the Phoenix Children’s Hospital oncology department, for five years.
