Adrian De Leon is currently the culinary director for Tarbell Hospitality and has worked for the brand for nine years. Leon began his culinary education at Arizona Culinary Institute before working his way up the career ladder. Starting as a dishwasher, Leon gained experience in all areas of the kitchen and worked as a prep cook, line cook, lead cook, sous-chef, chef de cuisine, executive chef and now, culinary director. In his current position at Tarbell's, which Leon has held for over four years, he is responsible for menu creation, kitchen management, budget planning, product ordering and filling any position needed to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.
