Executive Chef Cory Oppold of Atlas Bistro jumped at the opportunity to create a spring dish on one of Christiane’s Blue Door Ceramics plates. He selected the plate from several options and nicknamed it “the moon plate” for its natural design and color, which looks like the moon. Chef Oppold’s dish includes ingredients from Mountain Sky Farms, Twisted Infusions Farms, McClendon’s Select Farm, Arcadia Meat Market and Chiricahua Pasture Raised Meats.
