Why We Love It: The menu is ever changing so there is always something different—and creative—at this farm-to-fork restaurant. Owner Todd Sawyer takes the best from local farms and dairies and transforms it into inspiring upscale dishes like merguez sausage and paella fritters or house pasta lasagna Bolognese with rainbow ricotta, basil pesto and heirloom tomatoes. Atlas is on everybody’s Best-of lists for a reason. And there’s a great wine shop attached if you forget it’s BYOB.
