Accessories from Polished Pepper

For Rich and Michelle Saylor, art is second nature. Already owners of a successful design business, they were inspired to expand their repertoire when they received jewelry crafted from part of Michelle’s grandmother’s Queen Bess silverware collection.

Now the Saylors use vintage forks, knives and spoons to hand-craft unique bracelets, earrings, necklaces and rings. They find the silverware for their collection online and at antique stores and thrift shops. Custom pieces are their specialty; you can even provide your own heirloom silverware to have made into beautiful and wearable relics.

Jewelry is made in all sizes, even children’s, and styles can be found for men and women. Since Rich and Michelle have a commitment to preserve each piece, they try to utilize 100 percent of the original utensil.
