Chicken with Dried Fruit

Easy, sweet, smoky. Perfect for passover, but also good for a regular weeknight dinner when you can serve it with couscous or noodles.

Heat oven to 375°F.

Season both sides of the chicken with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

Place in a 9- by 12-inch baking dish. Pour in the chicken broth and apple juice.

Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.

Pour honey over the chicken. Spread the prunes and apricots around the chicken and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until done.
