Why We Love It: Chef Matt Carter has a deep respect for classic French food. His food reflects that—red wine braised pork belly, moules, trays of cheese and charcuterie, platters of Fruits de Mer––and his dedication has earned Zinc recongition as one of the best bistros in Arizona, if not the United States. If you can’t snag a dinner reservation, a lot of the menu is available for lunch, along with a selection of delicious sandwiches.
