Why We Love It: The farmers use hands-off, old-school growing methods that call for minimal intervention as the grapes ripen. Once the grapes are ready, they are at the winery for processing in fewer than two hours. They keep it simple and let the grape shine through. There’s a bit of a cult following for the Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon so grab a bottle if it’s available.
