Why We Love It: A regulars kind of place, this cozy American Southwestern restaurant’s signature dishes include cedar-plank salmon, pollo asado (a citrus-chile? marinated grilled chicken breast with tomatillo salsa verde), smoked baby back pork Rrbs (spice rubbed and slow smoked ribs with chipotle BBQ sauce) and Arizona cowboy steak (a grilled? bone-in rib eye with a pork and pinto bean chili, salsa fresca and queso fresco). The Grille is a low-key fine-dining establishment that, when possible, strives to use locally grown and produced goods.
