Parlor is a strong contender for best pizza in Phoenix because of its creative toppings—The House pizza has bacon, kale, giardiniera, mozzarella and garlic; The Calabrian pizza involves calabrese salumi, burrata and watercress. They’ve also developed their own house-blend of cheeses and have their own garden where they grow heirloom tomatoes and fresh herbs to their exact needs. How’s that for dedication.
