Why We Love It: The Schwennesen family has been producing grass-fed beef for over a decade. The cattle live humanely in open range, eat only range and pasture grass—no hormones, antibiotics or animal byproducts—and then are dry-aged for 14 days in their on-premise aging room. You can find their beef at farmers markets, restaurants and retail stores throughout Tucson and Phoenix.
