Why We Love It: Four words: Bacon Fat Heirloom Popcorn. We could leave it at that but that would be doing this great restaurant a disservice. Crispy chicken gizzards, belly pork chops, porcini-rubbed filet mignon...there are so many reasons to keep coming back to this “gastropub” that’s really so much more.
