Noi Cacao’s Bianco Bar is a collaborative effort between Chris Bianco, Rene Andrade of Ghost Ranch and Alex Olmos Axelson of Noi Cacao to raise money for Bianco restaurant group employees. As a plus, the chocolate bar is made using local ingredients (pecans and dates), sea salt from local company See Salt and chiltepin peppers from Andrade’s family ranch in Sonora, Mexico. Sweet!
