Book number seven in local beverage consultant Haasarud's 101 series, this small volume transports you to the islands, or at least to the nearest Tiki lounge (previous books include champagne cocktails, martinis, margaritas, sangrias and pitcher drinks, blender drinks and mojitos). You'll find recipes and enticing photos of the classics (Mai Tai, Blue Hawaiian, Pina Colada or Zombie, anyone?), but there are also plenty of modern libations for you to sample (Caribbean Cosmopolitan, Black Pepper Mandarin Margarita and Dragon's Breath). Or mix up a big bowl of Haasarud's Pink Flamingo punch, order some of those little paper umbrellas and throw a party.
