Come join us as our professional chefs teach you how to transform flour, eggs and salt into tender, hand-made pasta.Students will learn to make pasta dough, roll it out, cut it and cook it al dente. There will be sauces available to pair with your homemade noodles. Rio Salado College culinary workshops are designed to be fun and low pressure. We want the group to work safe, learn new techniques and recipes to add to their culinary repertoire and most importantly, HAVE FUN! After preparing the wonderful, flavorful food we sit down as a group to dine on the delectable fare the class has just prepared.
