Geronimo's Revenge Whiskey Dinner at Hamilton Distillers

Geromino's Revenge will be creating four courses of culinary masterpiece to pair with Whiskey Del Bac cocktails, all while you watch the sun set from the distillery.

The Menu:

First Course - The Spring Stroll, paired with a Sonoran kimchi tostada topped with hoisin brisket, house smoked chipotle salsa and fresh cilantro

Second Course - The Dorado Sling, paired with mango, apple, spinach salad and ginger vinaigrette 

Third Course - The Open House Margarita, paired with rolled pollo asada, stuffed with cilantro and menonita cheese on top of cotija risotto 

Fourth Course: Eegee’s + Del Bac, paired with fried queso fresco with toasted oats and berry-chamoy compote
