Clever Koi Pop-Up Dinner
Join us at UnderTow on Monday, July 23rd for our third installment of UnderTow's Pop-Up dinner series featuring Clever Koi, an Asian-inspired kitchen & craft cocktail bar with locations in Central Phoenix and historic downtown Gilbert! Clever Koi features an ever-evolving menu of steamed buns, house made dumplings, progressive noodle dishes & small plates that reflect flavors and techniques from regions such as Thailand, Korea, China, Vietnam, Japan, and Indo-China.
Dinner includes 3 courses, served table side, an UnderTow Original cocktail and a Chapter 2 cocktail of your choosing.
