AUGUST: ARIZONA CHARCUTERIE & PRESERVATION
A one of a kind Arizona experience featuring Chef Joe Rodger. Our two chefs team up to showcase their skills in charcuterie and preservation of Arizona food. Join us for this unique, 5-course, plated dinner.
SEPTEMBER: ALL THINGS ARIZONA MEAT
Join Cartwright's as we welcome our friend Dom Ruggiero for an evening to showcase Arizona meats and all our butchering skills from rare cuts to wild techniques.
OCTOBER: THE FISHERMAN'S FEAST
Each year Chef Brett Vibber welcomes his lifelong friend and chef, Josh Delgado of Seattle to show both chef's passion for wild Pacific Northwest seafood. This dinner has quickly become an annual tradition at Cartwright's Modern Cuisine and one you won't want to miss!
