Baking Boot Camp 2019!
Just in time to satisfy your New Years Resolution...baking classes have finally arrived at Sweetest Season!
Each four-hour class is held monthly at our Artisan Eatery location on Guadalupe & McClintock from 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
Select one class (Tuesdays), or sign up for all four (Wednesdays), to learn a wide variety of recipes, techniques and skills! Classes are kept small to provide you with the most attention and training. Discounts are available for those who sign up for all four classes, and/or buddy registrations.
January 16 & 17, 2019: Basic Breads - Pizza Dough, Loaf Bread, Buns, and Focaccia
February 19 & 20, 2019: Quick Breads - Scones, Muffins & Cinnamon Rolls
March 19 & 20, 2019: Cakes & Pastries - Layer Cake, Mini Cakes, Pain Au Chocolate
April 16 & 17, 2019: The Savory Side - Pot Pies, Baked Chicken, Bacon
