Join us for the first ever craft beer dinner at SanTan Brewing's new location in Uptown Phoenix! This small, intimate dinner will feature 4 handcrafted courses paired with SanTan craft brews. Thursday, May 17 starting at 6:30 PM. Reservations are required!

FIRST COURSE 
Pan seared sea bass with a mango habañero 
glaze over a bed of herbed farro. 
PAIRED WITH SUNSHINE DAYDREAM

SECOND COURSE 
Porcini mushroom + ancho chile rubbed smoked beef 
tenderloin with a sweet onion jam on a bed of rainbow chard. 
PAIRED WITH SAISON BARBERA

THIRD COURSE 
Chipotle glazed pork belly with a pineapple reduction over creamy 
jalapeño polenta and served with sautéed heirloom vegetables. 
PAIRED WITH MOONJUICE IPA

FOURTH COURSE 
Smoked peach cobbler with a whiskey maple glaze, 
garnished with coconut gelato. 
PAIRED WITH SANTAN DISTILLING’S AWARD WINNING 
SACRED STAVE SINGLE MALT WHISKEY
