Elyse Guizzetti

Elyse is a food fanatic originally hailing from Pewaukee, Wisconsin. In addition to Wisconsin and Arizona, she has lived in six other states and countries, including Canada, Italy, and Switzerland. You can bet she ate her way through all of them. She is fluent in Italian, culinary terminology, and sarcasm.
Elyse has been enraptured by food for as long as she can remember. What started as a gluttonous relationship with food as a child thankfully evolved into a passion for holistic nutrition, due in large part to her time spent in Italy as a teenager. After completing her bachelor’s in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, she attended the Northwest Culinary Academy in Vancouver, BC. Elyse has taught cooking and gardening classes in Title I️ elementary schools, interned with the national non-profit No Kid Hungry and worked in restaurants ranging from a ramen shop to an Italian osteria. She currently works as a private chef in the Scottsdale area.
