Shrub Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup infused vinegar*
- 1/2 to 1 cup sugar
- Seltzer to taste
Instructions
- Prepare infused vinegar*
Notes
In a small saucepan, warm vinegar and sugar, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Add 2 tablespoons of syrup to a tall glass filled with ice and top with seltzer.
