Queen Bee
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces American dry gin
- ½ ounce Heirloom Genepy (or Yellow Chartreuse)
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ ounce local orange blossom honey syrup (see recipe)
- ¾ ounce egg white
- Garnish: Sprinkle of bee pollen, small cube of honeycomb, butterfly (made from rice paper)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with bee pollen, skewered honeycomb and a rice paper butterfly.
