Prosciutto & Fig Bruschetta
FIG BRUSCHETTA with whipped ricotta and prosciutto is an easy and delicious appetizer. It’s also perfect for early mornings or late afternoons. Try it with bacon and eggs, making a breakfast to remember. Figs are full of nutrients. If you have a fig tree in Arizona, be sure to water it frequently to maximize the flavor of the figs.
