Prickly Pear Sauce

Prickly Pear Sauce

Servings 2 Cup(s)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups (960 ml) prickly pear juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) agave nectar
  • ½ cup (110 g) packed brown sugar
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepot over medium heat, add the prickly pear juice, agave nectar, brown sugar, and lemon zest and juice. Bring to a boil while stirring frequently. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half. Remove from the heat and serve over the pork chops.
