
Lavender Sugar Rim
This upscale lavender sugar not only makes for a delicious rim on a cocktail but you also can sprinkle it on desserts, fresh fruit or cakes.
Ingredients
- 2 heaping tablespoons of dried lavender buds (Some health, herb or tea shops carry dried lavender flowers. You can also buy fresh lavender at many farmers' markets: Remove the flowers and dry them yourself on a baking sheet.)
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
Instructions
- Place lavender buds and 1/4 cup of sugar into a food processor and grind until blended and powdery. Mix with remaining sugar and store in an airtight container.
