Blood Orange Purée
Ingredients
- 10 blood oranges
Instructions
- Zest approximately 10 oranges before peeling. Peel oranges, discarding skin but leaving as much of pith as possible. Remove any visible seeds. Purée the peeled oranges and the zest in a blender until smooth. Press through a sieve. Discard solids remaining in the seive.
