The perfect partner to grilled shrimp from Nelson's Meat & Fish. (To prepare the shrimp, simply butterfly them before tossing them on the grill (shell-on) for no more than 2 minutes on each side.)

  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • ¼ to ½ cup horseradish
  • Zest and juice 1 orange
