Why We Love It: This is the largest wine producer in Sonoita and it’s amazing that even with such a high yield, they can give so much attention to every bottle: All the grapes are hand harvested and sorted. The wines (13 kinds of reds, 12 whites and six rosés) are then aged in French Oak, Hungarian Oak, Italian Chestnut and stainless steel.
