Proof Bread creates artisan breads — both new and inventive rotating speciality loaves, such as blueberry thyme sourdough, and classics: sourdough, sandwich bread, baguettes and more. Pastries include almond and chocolate croissants, pinwheels and streusel, among other rotating items. Everything is hand-mixed and naturally leavened.
